1 Meter Black Forest Dream 🎂 for 100 People!
For the 10th anniversary of Rollhockey Münsingen, I had the pleasure of creating a very special cake: a meter-long Black Forest cake – handmade from A to Z, for 100 guests!
Filled with vanilla mascarpone cream, decorated with the edible club logo on fondant, small fondant flowers, and shiny chocolate spheres.
A true highlight on the festive buffet – and an honor for me to sweeten this milestone!
