Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day,
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered uniformly;
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for perishable goods
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (Art. 18 Para. 1 lit. f OR).
This particularly applies to food products, such as baked goods and other fresh products, as well as decorative items that have an expiry or use-by date. Due to the special nature of these goods and for hygiene reasons, a return after receipt is not possible.
We ask for your understanding that these goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal to ensure your health and the quality of our products.
Non-perishable goods
For non-perishable goods, such as baking pans, accessories, and other durable items, the regular right of withdrawal applies.
