Can I also pick up my online store order?
Yes, orders can also be collected in Münsingen/BE by arrangement. Please remember to make an appointment beforehand. We do not operate a retail shop with fixed opening hours.
Can cookies, macarons & other pastries be shipped?
Cookies and macarons can be sent by post. For cookies, we recommend sending the package with the additional service "fragile". The buyer bears the costs for this. Macarons are sent in a hard-shell box. Cakes and desserts are excluded from shipping and must be picked up.
Is there a minimum order quantity for cookies?
Printed cookies – whether with a logo, photo, or text – are available from a quantity of 12 pieces per design. For larger orders, we offer attractive bulk prices. Please note: All cookies are carefully handmade and individually packaged. For very large quantities of 1500 pieces or more, appropriate lead time should therefore be planned.
What is the minimum order quantity for desserts?
Desserts are available from a minimum of 10 pieces per variety and size – perfect even for small gatherings. For larger events, we offer complete dessert buffets and handle delivery and setup at your event location - Simply request a quote!
Is it possible to print your own designs on cookies or cake toppers?
Yes, of course! We are happy to print your own designs or photos on cookies or our fondant cake toppers.
Is it possible to order printed cake toppers as a reseller (e.g. a bakery or confectionery)?
Yes, we also supply resellers such as bakeries and confectioneries. Printed cake toppers are available from 10 pieces per design. For larger orders, we offer attractive conditions and quantity discounts. Feel free to contact us to discuss the details in person.
How long do cookies, cakes, desserts & cake toppers last?
Cookies: approx. 4-5 weeks, stored dry in an airtight container. Cakes: 2-5 days in the refrigerator, depending on the filling. Desserts: 2-3 days in the refrigerator, depending on the type.
Fondant cake toppers: several months Do not store fondant cakes or cakes with fondant toppers in an airtight container.
Which payment methods are accepted?
In the online shop, you can pay by credit card, TWINT, PayPal, or advance payment. Cakes & desserts must be paid for in advance.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for all our products. They can be purchased in the online shop and sent immediately via email or printed out.
