Shipping & Payment Terms

General Shipping Information:

All orders received by 12 PM will be shipped the same day via A-Post.

Shipping costs are generally CHF 9.00 for all package sizes. Fondant cake toppers & Cake Toppers are shipped in a padded A4 envelope. The shipping cost for a single order is CHF 2.50. Multiple cake toppers or Cake Toppers will be shipped in a package - CHF 9.00.

For vouchers, the shipping cost is CHF 1.20.
If the order can be sent in an envelope, we will refund the shipping difference.
For orders over CHF 100.00, shipping costs are waived.

Pick-up by appointment is possible in 3110 Münsingen/BE. In this case, please select "Pick-up" during payment.

For cookies, there is an option to send the package as "fragile" for CHF 7.50.

No shipping will take place on weekends and public holidays. Your order will be shipped on the next business day.
