Desserts with Style

We had the pleasure of preparing the dessert buffet for a departmental dinner at USM Münsingen. 

The employees enjoyed a variety of desserts. The requested desserts included raspberry mousse with fresh raspberries, chocolate pudding with chocolate pieces, tiramisu, lemon quark with a moist sponge cake base, and panna cotta with a raspberry mirror. All desserts were decorated with a vanilla mascarpone cream or whipped cream. The highlight, of course, was the legendary USM sphere and the logo on a mini sugar cookie.
