Application notes:
Surface:
Dry surfaces such as fondant or marzipan are ideal. For ganache or buttercream, ensure they are not too moist.
Avoid:
Moist surfaces such as cream, quark, or pudding creams, as these can soften the fondant paper.
Storage:
Do not store cakes with fondant paper toppers in the refrigerator for too long or cover them airtight to avoid moisture build-up.
Topper shelf life: min. 8 weeks
Extras:
The fondant paper is as thin as normal paper! To make it more stable and last longer on the cake, each topper can be ordered on a 2mm fondant base.
