Surface: Dry surfaces such as fondant or marzipan are ideal.
Important: With ganache or buttercream, make sure they are not too moist.
Avoid: Moist bases such as cream, quark, or pudding creams – they soften the fondant paper.
Storage: Do not store cakes with fondant paper toppers in the refrigerator or cover them airtight → otherwise moisture will form.
Shelf life: several months (store in a dark & dry place)
Extras: The fondant paper is as thin as normal paper. For more stability, we recommend the 2 mm fondant backing.
