The Sugarflair Oil Based Pastel Mixer White was developed to achieve a reliable and consistent colour in recipes with a high fat content. Ideal for buttercream, ganache, Swiss meringue, chocolate, as well as cake batters and doughs where water-based colours do not mix optimally.

The oil-based formula distributes evenly in fats and oils, producing strong, vibrant hues with long-lasting intensity. Use a small amount for delicate pastels or gradually increase the dosage for more intense colours.
