  • Avoid: Moist surfaces such as cream, quark, or pudding creams – they will soften the edible wafer paper.

  • Storage: Do not store cakes with edible wafer paper toppers in the refrigerator or cover them airtight → otherwise moisture will form.

  • Shelf life: several months (store in a dark & dry place)

  • Extras: The edible wafer paper is as thin as regular paper. For more stability, we recommend the 2 mm fondant backing.
