Use & Care:

  • Wash by hand in warm, soapy water before first and after each use. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
  • Do not put in the dishwasher and do not use metal utensils (silicone or wood is recommended).
  • Acid from some foods may discolor the pan, but occasional stains or scratches will not affect the performance of the bakeware.

Baking Instructions:

  • Preheat oven according to recipe or mix.
  • Prepare inside of pan with parchment paper or cake release spray.
  • Bake as directed in your favorite recipe. For even browning, bake only on the top rack of the oven.
